Privacy policy
We built 1msg.social to collect as little as possible. No feed means there is no behavioural graph to sell. Here is exactly what we keep, and why.
What we keep
Your account (one real, verified person), your handle, the content of your page, and the single live message in each conversation. That is the whole list.
What we never keep
No feed, so no browsing history. No followers, so no social graph. No likes, views, or read counts to tally. We do not build a profile of you to target things, because there is nothing here to target.
Sign-in
We use Google only to confirm you are one real person. We receive your name and email — never your contacts — and we never post anywhere on your behalf.
Messages
A conversation holds exactly one live message. When it is replaced, the previous one is gone — from your view and from ours. We do not archive threads, because there are no threads.
The optional email
The one nudge — 'someone's waiting on your reply' — is a single calm email per conversation. Switch it off any time in Settings. We never sell or rent your address.
Your control
Export everything or delete your account from Settings. Delete removes your page and every live message. There is no shadow copy kept behind the scenes.
